Farmer: ELLEIVÆ Biologico is produced by the Società Agricola Sant'Anastasio, in Pontassieve (FI), in a beautiful olive grove of the Chianti Rufina area.
Extraction: An extra virgin olive oil of superior quality, Tuscan IGP. Cold pressed within 24 hours of harvesting.
The EVOO: an elegant bottle for a starry gift. The Frantoio Cultivar guarantees a wealth of polyphenols above average, a right spicy, as well as a hint of green almond and a bitterish taste. The Moraiolo gives this oil the balance and the Pendolino its intense green colour and bitter notes. The Leccino Cultivar is the one responsible for the sweet notes of this oil that for its balance goes well with many dishes, from legumes to meats and cheeses.
